How Pathways works

  • A Path is structured into five levels, each representing a milestone on your Pathways journey
  • Each level contains up to four projects that you need to deliver in order to complete them
  • Projects increase in complexity as you progress through the levels and typically involves a mix of giving speeches, doing certain tasks or taking roles in club meetings
  • It takes 14 projects to complete a Path
